Catch-all Emails in Shared Web Hosting
In case you host a domain name on our cloud hosting platform and you have a shared web hosting account, you will be able to activate the catch-all feature for any mailbox that you set up under the domain name. The Email Manager section of the Hepsia Control Panel comes with quite a few functions, but it is surprisingly simple to work with, so configuring a catch-all mailbox takes only a click of the mouse. All the email addresses that you’ve got will be displayed in this section alphabetically and you’ll simply need to click the "Catch-all" button pertaining to the given address. Our system will notify you if there is already another catch-all mailbox activated for that domain name or if the one that you’d like to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either turn off the latter feature or pick a different mailbox. Disabling the catch-all option is just as simple and takes one more click on the same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
The catch-all functionality can be activated with ease if you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you’ve set up using the domain names hosted in the account will be listed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel and you will notice a small-size button conveniently located right next to each one of them. With just one click of the mouse, you can activate or deactivate the catch-all option for any mailbox of your preference on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under the same domain name with this option already enabled and there isn't enabled email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this feature using the menu that will come into sight. If any of the prerequisites for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not matched, our system will warn you, but will not replace or deactivate anything automatically.
